Ted Horwood, Owner has been in the Computer Industry for over 10 years. He started with an A+
certificate in 1996, then went on to work with Computerland in San Diego doing Home Computer Repair and
business computer service. He later obtained a job with Titan Corporation as desktop support for a mid sized
company of over 12,000 people around the world. He was quickly promoted to Network Administrator where
he supervised the help desk team and maintain their large Network. His duties included Hardware
Installation, installing Peripherials, Computer Optimization, New Computer Setup, Virus Removal and Spyware
Removal, maintaining their VOIP network, as well as WAN/LAN duties. He started gaining VOIP experience
with at Titan and went back to school to obtain his CISCO, Certified Network Administration Certificate as
well as working towards his CISCO, Certified Voip Certificate. In 2006, Titan Corporation closed its doors
forever after a buyout from another company. Ted, started planning and working on his dream of opening his
own Home Computer Repair business. Thus was born Computerman Mobile Computer Service and Home
Computer Repair.
